About
I'm an AI & SaaS Community Manager with 6+ years of experience building and operating communities for AI products, developer-led tooling, fintech, and gaming. I sit between paying users and product teams, and I ship community work that moves three things: retention, acquisition, and product feedback quality. If something doesn't move one of those, it doesn't ship.
I combine community operations with light Python and analytics, so I build my own internal tooling for sentiment analysis, contributor tracking, onboarding flows, and reporting rather than relying on vendor dashboards.
